Warranty covers defects in the replacement part — it does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or component failures unrelated to our repair work.
Can you repair water-damaged PS5 devices?
We start with a $49 device-opening diagnostic — fully credited toward your repair if you proceed. Data recovery attempts start at $99.99. Important: outcomes cannot be guaranteed, and no warranty applies to liquid-damaged devices on any component. For severely water-damaged devices we often recommend backup-and-replace.
